This 1987 restored FJ60 Land Cruiser is a prime example of what a thoughtful partial restoration looks like when it is done right. Not every build needs to be a ground up overhaul or a V8 conversion. Sometimes a solid FJ60 Land Cruiser just needs the right attention in the right places, and that is exactly what this one got.
What Was Done
This 1987 FJ60 Land Cruiser received a full body and paint refinish, new carpet, a new windshield, new suspension, and a complete engine compartment inspection with repairs as needed. Clean, purposeful work that brought this Cruiser back to where it deserved to be without changing what made it great in the first place.
Build To Suit
This restored FJ60 Land Cruiser is a perfect example of our Build To Suit philosophy. The client had a vision and a budget and we built to match both. Not every restoration needs to be the biggest build in the shop. What matters is that the finished FJ60 Land Cruiser is exactly what the owner envisioned, built to last, and done with the same care and attention we put into every Cruiser that comes through our doors.
If you want a different direction for your FJ60, we offer the full range of builds. See our Land Cruiser V8 conversions if you want modern power, our restomod Land Cruiser builds if you want classic looks with modern drivability, or our custom Land Cruiser options if you have your own vision.
